Golf at Waterville House
Waterville House is encircled by a Tom Fazio-designed world class practice facility, where all facets of the game can be schooled and honed. Across the river from the House, we have a 10 acre driving range, complete with teeing areas facing the four main points on the compass, allowing practice in any wind direction. (Picture 3).
Behind the House there is a 12-hole, 600 square yard putting green (Picture 2), and on the Waterville village side of the House we have a short-game area, where every shot from 90 yards in can be perfected (Picture 4).
And then, high on the hill overlooking the House, we have a selection of teeing areas, and the short-game green below can be played as a spectacular Par-3 hole, over looking the House and Ballinskelligs Bay. The tees on this hill start at 150 yards, all the way to a stern 190 yards! (Picture 1)
