Dispatch Times
All knitwear and homeware products are dispatched from our store within 1 working day of receiving your order.
Jewellery orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee, as outlined below, is charged at checkout. All additional items within the same order are shipped free of charge, regardless of quantity or weight.
Standard Shipping:
- USA: €14.95
- Canada: €16.95
- Australia and New Zealand: €18.95
- UK and Europe: €14.95
- Ireland: €6.95
Express Shipping (Worldwide): €29.95
We guarantee that all US customs duties and taxes are included in the price you pay. Unlike many other Irish gift retailers, we cover US customs duties and taxes, so you won't face any unexpected charges on delivery.
STANDARD SHIPPING – ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- USA and Canada: 5–10 business days
- Ireland: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 15–20 business days
- All other destinations: 5–8 business days
EXPRESS / PRIORITY SHIPPING
Your order will be delivered worldwide within 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping and estimated delivery times are calculated in business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Irish public holidays and Good Friday.
DELIVERY TO PO BOX AND APO ADDRESSES
Delivery to PO Box and APO addresses is available for selected products only. Delays may occur when shipping to these addresses.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Shortly after your order has been dispatched from our facility in Ireland, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please contact us if you do not receive this notification.
Your shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number and the name of the courier or postal service handling your order.
Irish, UK and European Orders
We currently use GLS couriers for all orders within Ireland, the UK and Europe.
Rest of the World
Orders to all other destinations are shipped via An Post, Ireland's national postal service, which partners with postal services worldwide to complete deliveries.

- USA: You can track your order using the same tracking number on USPS.com.
- Canada: You can track your order using the same tracking number on Canada Post.
